Life after Anime North has been hectic to say the least. 2 midterms to study for and just generally living off the interwebs. Here are some updates.

Anime North:
Extremely fun, massive lulz, can't wait for next year.
My only regret is that I didn't get to wear any costume on the Friday 'cause of poor planning on my part, but Friday was extremely hot so walking around in civilian short shorts and t-shirt worked out mighty fine >_> Except, after dark, when walking back to the hotel after dinner - cold legs were freezing and not fun lol

So much fun this year! I'm still waiting for my friend to upload the pics he took so I can upload pics of my Pokemon Taillow gijinka. As kiddy as those rides are in Centre Ville, they never cease to amuse me XD

Exams:
Scored 99% on my midterm, the one I had on the Tuesday after AN and I only lost the 1% on a technicality. Yay for cram studying the day before the exam! XD

Tennis:
Been playing tennis with and a couple other friends. And he still hasn't been able to beat me in a 'match' XD I say 'match' because my buddy and I usually get tired/lazy and end up tag-teaming in a game lol

Sewing:
I really need to get back into sewing on a regular basis. I really want to finish some plushes that I started well over 4 years ago >_< I also need to make some hats for people that I was supposed to make a while ago... I really gotta get on that.

Zoo/FML:
I went to the Metro Toronto Zoo last week with a bunch of my friends. Much fun! As a joke, my boyfriend bought a Ring Pop candy and proposed to me, even got my other friend to film it XD And on a whim, I submitted it as an FML and it got accepted XD Thing is, he wasn't really serious, I just figured putting that in would make it more likely to get accepted. I was right. FML XD The comments on the thing range from hate to threats and everything in between XFD People really do take these things far to seriously. FanExpo:
FanExpo is fast approaching. I don't think I'll be making any new costumes for it this year. The plan is to wear my Fire Nation Katara cosplay one day, my Skull Kid cosplay another day and be a civilian on the third day. I'm trying to get my brother to make a Ganondorf cosplay so we can be LoZ villains together, but he's being a poop head about it. go bother him about it!
